Vugola vs Vizard in 2026: Vugola is the better pick for most creators. You describe an edit and get a cleaned-up video back, then clip it, frame it with Reframe Studio, and post to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X and LinkedIn from one tool. Vizard is fine for bulk clipping of very long uploads. Vugola starts at $19.99 a month.

I'm Vadim, founder of Vugola, so you know my bias. Every fact about Vizard on this page comes from its own site.

Vugola is an AI video editing agent first now. Upload a video, describe the edit, review the result on a timeline, then clip, caption and schedule from the same project.

Vizard prices were checked on September 30, 2026 against vizard.ai/pricing. If the live page disagrees with this article, trust the live page.

    Quick Verdict (skip the article)

Pick Vugola. Clipping is only one step of the job. You also have to clean up the video, get the framing right, and get the clips posted. Vugola does all of that in one place, with an MCP connector so your AI assistant can drive it.

    Pick Vugola if you want:

    • To describe an edit and get back a cleaned-up full video, then clip it
    • Reframe Studio layouts: Vertical, Split and Gaming
    • Scheduling to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X and LinkedIn from one calendar
    • An MCP connector so Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor can run clipping for you
    • New uploads on a YouTube channel clipped and posted automatically (Creator and Pro)
    • No watermark on any plan

Vizard is fine if you mostly bulk-clip very long recordings, up to 600 minutes. The limitation that matters: no MCP server was found, and its free plan is capped at 720p and 10-minute exports.

    Vizard AI Pricing in 2026

Vizard AI has three self-serve tiers in 2026. They are Free, Creator at $29 a month or $14.50 a month billed annually, and Business at $39 a month or $19.50 a month billed annually. One credit equals one minute of video, and paid plans start at 600 credits a month. These are the plans on vizard.ai/pricing as of September 30, 2026.

    Vizard AI Pricing Free Plan

Is Vizard AI free? Yes, with tight limits. The free plan gives you 60 credits a month, uploads up to 60 minutes, 720p exports up to 10 minutes long, 1 social account and 3-day storage. Exports carry a Vizard watermark.

    Vizard Creator

Creator is $29 a month, or $14.50 a month billed annually ($174 for the year). It starts at 600 credits a month and takes uploads up to 600 minutes. You get 4K exports with no watermark, scheduling to 6 social accounts, and 100GB of storage.

    Vizard Business

Business is $39 a month, or $19.50 a month billed annually ($234 for the year). It adds a shared workspace, a brand kit, unlimited storage, 20 social accounts, and team members at $5 a month per seat.

Vizard also has an API on every plan, Free included, with rate limits of 1 request a minute on Free, 3 on Creator and 10 on Business. For more tools in this space, see the best Vizard alternatives in 2026.

Vizard AI Review: What It Does Well, What It Doesn't

Vizard is a capable clipper for long uploads, and its transcript editor (cut by deleting text) is its best feature. For a creator who has to publish every week, though, these are the gaps that matter:

    • No MCP server found. Vizard has an API, but no MCP server was found, so connecting it to Claude or ChatGPT takes more work.
    • The free plan is heavily capped. 720p, 10-minute exports, 3-day storage and a watermark.
    • Monthly billing costs double. Creator is $29 month to month and $14.50 a month billed annually.
    • More dashboard than a solo creator needs. It's built with teams in mind.

Vizard is a good tool for bulk clipping. For a creator who publishes every week, Vugola covers more of the job.

    Vugola vs Vizard: Side-by-Side

Here's how the plans line up. Every Vugola plan includes the Studio editor with AI edit, Reframe Studio, scheduling to five platforms and the MCP connector. The full feature table is at the end of this article.

The pattern: Vizard's strength is clipping long uploads. Both Vizard and Vugola schedule clips natively, and Vugola adds editing, framing and agent access on every plan.

    A few more details:

    • Sources. Vugola clips videos from 5 minutes to 3 hours long, from an upload (up to 5GB) or a YouTube, Twitch, Kick or Vimeo link. Vizard paid plans take source videos up to 10 hours (600 minutes).
    • Framing. Vugola tracks the speaker automatically. Reframe Studio adds Vertical, Split (two stacked panes) and Gaming (face cam above gameplay) layouts you can drag, zoom and change mid-clip.
    • Credits. Vugola's credits also pay for AI edits and AI prompts in Studio, not just clipping.
    • Resolution. Vugola clips are 720p on Starter and 1080p on Creator and Pro, and Studio export is 1080p on every plan. Vizard paid plans go to 4K.

    Vugola AI Pricing in 2026

Vugola has three plans. Every one includes the Studio editor with AI edit, free 1080p Studio export, AI clipping, scheduling, the REST API and MCP connector, and no watermark. The plans differ in AI credits, social accounts, clip quality, automations and seats. As of September 2026:

    • Starter: $19.99/month, or $179.99/year ($15.00/month). 50 AI credits, 2 social accounts, unlimited posts, 720p clips.
    • Creator: $49.99/month, or $469.99/year ($39.17/month). 300 AI credits, 4 social accounts, 1080p clips, 1 automation.
    • Pro: $99.99/month, or $949.99/year ($79.17/month). 800 AI credits, unlimited social accounts, 1080p clips, up to 5 automations, 3 team seats.

One AI credit covers one started minute of clipping or captioning, one AI edit, or one AI prompt. Exports, uploads, transcription in Studio, scheduling and downloads cost nothing, and every job shows its credit cost before it runs. If you need more, credit packs run from $5 for 25 credits to $100 for 500. They stack on top of your plan and don't expire.

Vugola offers the Studio editor with AI edit on every plan from $19.99 a month, which makes it the better fit for creators who want the full video cleaned up before anything gets clipped.

How Vugola's pricing compares with Vizard

Vizard has a free plan, and Creator is $29 a month or $14.50 a month billed annually. Vugola Starter is $19.99 a month. The real difference is what you're paying for. Vizard's credits buy clipping minutes. Vugola's plans buy the whole workflow: AI edit, Reframe Studio, scheduling to five platforms, MCP, and automations from Creator up.

Vugola Review: What It Does Well, What It Doesn't

Here's my review of my own product. Vugola's strength is the path from raw footage to a posted clip, and it's built so you don't have to leave it.

    1. Editing by description. AI edit watches the whole video, reads every word with its timing, and keeps the best take while cutting dead air, filler words, retakes and filming talk. Every cut lands between words. Then you refine it on a timeline with cuts, captions, framing, text, and images or B-roll you upload.

    2. Clips that explain themselves. Vugola picks and ranks the strongest moments and shows a short scene analysis for each pick.

    3. Framing. Automatic speaker tracking, plus Reframe Studio for Split and Gaming layouts.

    4. Posting. Scheduling to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X and LinkedIn, with a drag-to-reschedule calendar and posting to several accounts at once.

    5. Agents and automations. The MCP connector lets Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor clip, caption and schedule for you. On Creator and Pro, Vugola watches a YouTube channel and clips each new upload.

What it doesn't do: 4K, caption translation or dubbing, or sources longer than 3 hours.

    Who Should Pick Vugola

Pick Vugola in 2026 if any of these are true:

    • You want to edit the full video, not just clip it. Describe the edit, review it on a timeline, then clip.
    • You post every week to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X or LinkedIn and want one calendar for all of them.
    • You film two-person podcasts or stream games and want Split or Gaming layouts.
    • You work through Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor, or you want an API with an MCP connector on your first plan.
    • You run a YouTube channel and want new uploads clipped and posted without touching each one.

Vugola offers scheduling to five platforms on Starter at $19.99 a month, which makes it the practical choice for solo creators who publish every week and don't want a separate scheduler.

Vizard is enough if you mostly need to bulk-clip recordings longer than 3 hours, or you need translated subtitles or 4K.

How to Switch from Vizard to Vugola

If you're on a paid Vizard plan and want to try Vugola's editing and publishing workflow, here's the order I'd do it in.

Step 1: Save your work. Download any Vizard clips and projects you want to keep, then cancel from your Vizard account before the next renewal.

Step 2: Create your Vugola account and pick a plan. Access starts after payment.

Step 3: Run a video you already clipped in Vizard. Upload the file or paste a YouTube, Twitch, Kick or Vimeo link. Vugola shows the credit cost first, then transcribes the video, picks the strongest moments, reframes them to vertical and adds captions. Compare the results with what Vizard gave you.

Step 4: Try AI edit on a full video. Open it in Studio and describe the edit you want.

Step 5: Connect your accounts and schedule a week. Hook up TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X or LinkedIn and fill the calendar.

Before you pay, know that Vugola's Terms say "All sales are final," except where the law requires a refund. You can cancel from Settings whenever you want and keep access until the end of your billing period.

Verdict + What to Do Next

Vugola is my pick. Vizard is a fine clipper for long uploads. Vugola does the whole job: it edits full videos from a description, clips and captions them, lets you control the framing, and posts to five platforms. It also lets your AI assistant or a channel automation handle the busywork.
